Panama is home to one of the most important banking and financial centers in the world There are more than 70 international banks established here. Here at Panama Legal Bureau we help our clients in the process of opening personal or corporate bank accounts. There are several requirements which must be fulfilled in order to open a bank account.

REQUERIMENTS

1. Copy of passport showing entry/exit stamps (all pages used in the passport).

2. One Original Finance Reference Letter: These can be from any bank, brokerage firm, or credit union. It should be on the financial institution's letterhead, signed by a representative of the financial institution, and show contact information.

3. Panama Legal bureau will provide the other requirements for you and one of our lawyers will go with the client to the bank to solve any inconvenience that might arise.

4. Generally the banks require the physical presence of the client in order to open the bank account. Panama Legal Bureau also would pick you up at the airport.
